Serving Up A Super Bowl of Guac: Mexico expected to export 110K tons of avocado for America’s Big Game!

While we still do not know which teams will play in this year’s Super Bowl, one tailgate snack is bound to make this year’s spread— guacamole.

In preparation for the big game, the Mexican avocado industry has announced it will export nearly 110,000 tons of the fruit just for this event.

Mexican avocados are distributed to more than 34 countries around the globe, and the U.S. is one of the largest customers.
