Casper, a 20-month old Great Pyrenees sheepdog in Georgia, maybe the country’s best dog right now!

He was recently attacked by an entire pack of eight coyotes after they trespassed on their sheep operation. Casper proved that in the end, the hero always wins! The fight lasted for more than a half hour and Casper killed all of them.

Casper’s farm owner, John Wierwiller said the pack was not afraid of him, but he appeared to be their target. After two days in the wild, Casper came home with a number of wounds, but in the end was alive. According to Wierwiller, it looked like the coyote “grabbed his skin and peeled it right off.”

Thanks to LifeLife Animal Project, Casper’s injuries were quickly healed and even raised money to cover the vet bill.

Good job, Casper, and have a speedy recovery!
