Janet Adkison states that, even though factors like increased demand have caused hindrances in the supply chain, overall the nation’s food supply is strong. She goes on to state that foreign countries with food insecurities need to be cautious during these times. The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) predict that these nations will be lacking certain ag necessities, unless export restrictions are put in place.
