The National Pork Producers Council hopes the Supreme Court will have a ruling on Prop-12 by the end of the year.
Justices announced late last month they will take the case. The NPPC President says the high court will likely take oral briefings early next month, and hopefully by fall, they will have the chance to actually argue the case. He said if that takes place, a decision could be reached by December.
