JBS made $1 billion in profits in the first quarter

Billion-dollar beef!

JBS, the world’s largest meat processing company, posted $1 billion in profit for the first quarter. That is up 150 percent from a year ago.

Favorable cattle supply, beef and pork demand in the U.S., and recovering economies around the world all contributed.
