Yellowstone National Park is evacuating due to extreme flooding

While temperatures are not nearly as high at Yellowstone National Park, the area is experiencing extreme flooding.

This video was shared on Facebook showing Red Lodge, Montana. There is water rushing down the street and it appears a bridge was taken out. This is a result of heavy rain in addition to the snowpack.

Visitors to the northern portion of the park are being evacuated and many roads are closed.

The national park reaches across Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. The conditions are so extreme and dangerous that the park is temporarily closed to guests. All three states have been experiencing drought.
