Battling Drought: How a farmer in Mexico says this is the worst he has seen in 30 years

Farmers in Mexico are battling drought.

As you can see on this map, the country, much like the U.S., is covered, with some parts even experiencing exceptional drought.

One farmer says this is one of the worst droughts he has seen in 30 years and his livestock are not faring well. He has lost 19 cows and a donkey so far. He is also worried about the water supply as just 10% of Mexico’s dams are full right now. July was the second hottest month in Mexico since 1953.
