President Donald Trump says tariff income could help hurricane-damaged farms if Dorian impacts the agriculture industry on the east coast.
The brunt of the hurricane appeared to spare Florida and is expected to travel up the eastern seaboard, hitting the Carolinas today and tomorrow. The North Carolina agriculture department says Hurricane Dorian threatens of economic loss of livestock, poultry and crops ready to be harvested but the President reassures the government is ready.
