Some of the hardest things kids face is what they want to be when they are older, and what their purpose in life is. Texas FFA state VP, Clay Elbel shares how he found his direction.
Elbel’s parents are both veterinarians. He decided one day to become involved with the family business. He realized his purpose was in serving others.
“Our purpose is what gives us meaning and allows us to understand both our abilities and our excellence, and it drives us and motivates us to surpass our wildest standards. If we want to achieve our definition of excellence, we have to know our purpose each and every day.”
