The Big Red Barn in Texas is helping teach the next generation about the importance of agriculture!

Teaching the next generation about agriculture is one of the main missions of the Texas Agriculture Education and Heritage Center in Seguin, Texas.

RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender got the chance to visit this place, which is also known as the Big Red Barn.

Tammi was raised on a cotton and soybean farm in Tallulah, Louisiana. In 1981, she became a TV news anchor and reporter at KNOE-TV in Monroe, Louisiana. She is also an anchor/reporter for RFD-TV and Rural Radio Channel 147 on Sirius XM at their Nashville news studio, where Tammi currently resides.
