TX Ag Commissioner Sid Miller discusses the new season of Texas Agriculture Matters

Texas is the leading U.S. state in terms of total number of farms, with about 247,000 farms. That large ag footprint is one of the reasons RFD-TV airs the showTexas Agriculture Matters.

Texas Ag Commissioner Sid Miller is the host of the show, which just launched its third season this week.

Commissioner Miller joins Tammi Arender to discuss the new season, his favorite part about filming in Texas, and why we should all tune in.

“Every show that we’ve done so far has been my favorite, I have lot’s of favorites!,” Miller states. “Everyday Texas, what a debt they owe to the generation of Texas farmers and ranchers that kept our agricultural heritage alive. We get to showcase that... They make what the Lone Star State is today.”
