Tyson COVID-19 case revived by federal appeals court

Tyson workers received some good news with their COVID-19 lawsuit.

Dozens of employees accuse the packing giant of not taking protective measures after hundreds of workers got sick and some died.
The case was dismissed by a federal court last year, but an appeals court has now reinstated it.

The suit has been returned to a federal district court for further proceedings.
