University of Tennessee Extension discusses the resources for farm families for when times get stressful

While farm life can be rewarding, it also comes with a number of stressful hurdles. That is why the University of Tennessee Extension offers a Farm Family Health and Wellness Program as a way to help rural residents coping with mental health challenges.

Assistant Dean and Professor, Janet Fox sat down with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the program, biggest stress factors facing farm families, and what resources are available.
