Up-and-coming country artist, Jake Flint, experienced sudden death

Holdenville, Oklahoma native, Jake Flint, suddenly passed away at the age of 37 just hours after getting married to his wife, Brenda.

Flint began making music at a young age after his father was diagnosed with Lou Gherig’s disease, according to NPR.

In a Facebook post, Brenda Clint, his manager, called Jake the “funniest, most hilarious, hardest-working, dedicated artist” she has ever worked with in her career.

He released his first album, I’m Not OK in 2016 and his second, Jake Flint, in 2020.
