UT Extension is helping Tennesseans navigate diabetes with care!

More than three-quarters of a million Tennesseans have diabetes— about 13% of the population.

UT Extension works to help people with diabetes through a program that focuses on healthy eating, regular exercise and how to correctly use medication.

Charles Denney has more on people successfully living with this chronic disease.
