Waiting on Right to Repair: One Nebraska Senator will not revive his bill for now

A Nebraska State Senator is not going to revive his right to repair legislation, for now.

This comes after the American Farm Bureau signed a recent agreement with John Deere at their annual convention in Puerto Rico. Tom Brandt out of Plymouth says he wants to give this MOU a chance to work, however if there is not progress, then he will reintroduce his bill in 2024.

Brandt says it will be obvious if progress is being made because there are 46,000 farmers in his state and a lot of equipment dealerships.
