Walmart is making Beyond Meat more widely distributed in October.
The retail giant announced on Sept. 29 that Beyond Burger would soon be available in 2,400 locations, up from 800 previously.
“Walmart has been a terrific partner and we’re excited to strengthen that partnership in depth and breadth as we look to offer more Beyond Meat products at more Walmart locations, furthering our commitment to increasing accessibility of plant-based meat,” Chuck Muth, chief growth officer for Beyond Meat, said in a news release.
Beyond Meat has also doubled its overall distribution of Beyond Breakfast Sausage in recent months. Beyond Meat products are sold at more than 100,000 locations in 85 countries.
