War in Ukraine is causing a rise in cooking oil costs

Limited supplies of cooking oil are continuing to drive food inflation. That is as the invasion of Ukraine has driven up the price of crude oil and limited the region’s sunflower oil exports, causing large price hikes.

University of Missouri ag economist Ben Brown spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the price hikes, the global impact, and how all this will impact the fuel market.
