Where Water Flows, Food Grows: Rep. Jim Costa provides an update on California’s drought

Despite excess rain in some areas, other corners of the country are in dire need, like the West Coast, where California is begging for rain.

Tony St. James with All Ag All Day spoke with Congressman Jim Costa about the extreme drought across his home state. Costa said there is funding for this issue in the bipartisan infrastructure package to begin some repairs.
