NASHVILLE, TENN. (RFD NEWS) — This week marks International Women’s Week, a celebration of women around the world—and especially in agriculture, as 2026 is being recognized as the Year of the International Woman Farmer.

Katie Keener with the National Women in Agriculture Association joined us on Tuesday’s Market Day Report to highlight the contributions of women in agriculture and the importance of supporting female farmers and ranchers nationwide. She also shared insights on the role women play in the industry, emphasizing leadership, innovation, and the growing opportunities for women to shape the future of farming.
