With a looming deadline at the end of September, Congress faces mounting pressure to pass a new Farm Bill. Recently, the legislative process gained momentum as the House Agriculture Committee approved its 2024 proposal. Despite Senate leaders expressing optimism about advancing the bill, they also acknowledged significant challenges in reaching a consensus.
