American Farm Family: Holstein producer returns to Wisconsin to fulfill his dream of raising “excellence”

A rural Wisconsin farmer left town to further his education. He later returned to pursue his dream of raising Registered Holsteins.

Rural Wisconsin farmer John Hamilton left town to further his education and later returned to pursue his dreams.

This Farm Family Friday report from Holstein USA takes us to Cuba City, a town with a rich agricultural history in the southwest corner of Wisconsin.

Hamilton now stewards his own farm, Hil-Ton Holsteins, named Holstein USA’s “Herd of Excellence” in 2019.
