Biden’s WOTUS veto could be overturned this week by the House

There is another vote coming this week for Waters of the U.S. rule.

Following President Biden’s veto of the disapproval resolution of the new rule, the House is going to decide if that veto will stand.

Two-thirds of Representatives are needed to overturn it, but it is not looking likely because when the House passed its disapproval, it was on a slim margin.
