The Big Beautiful Bill made the 2017 tax cuts permanent. Congressman Ron Estes played a role in crafting the bill’s provisions. And with a decline in rural population growth, Congressman Estes also points to how the bill’s reinvestment in western companies and manufacturers has the potential to keep rural residents living and operating in their home communities.
