Consumer Trends and Dairy Demands: Consumers are shifting away from margarine and reduced-fat dairy

Shifting consumer demand indicates butter, cheese, and other full-fat dairy foods will continue to grow in sales and volume for the foreseeable future.
That is according to a new report from CoBank’s Knowledge Exchange.

Leady Dairy Economist, Corey Geiger spoke with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on milk consumption declining, consumer demand, and shifts in the industry.
