Diggin’ Up Danger: Entomologists check out injuries caused by corn rootworm

Entomologists in Iowa recently shared the dangers of rootworm by digging up plants and checking out injuries.

Just this month, the National Corn Growers Association released a new tool to help farmers determine their risk for rootworm. It uses historical and real-time data to determine if your crops are becoming resistant to certain BT traits by showing low, medium, or high-risk levels.

Iowa State University shares this update.
