Farmer and industry leader told Congress exactly how WOTUS will impact agriculture

Missouri Farm Bureau president, Garrett Hawkins, testified about WOTUS in front of Congress earlier today. A House Subcommittee heard from the fifth-generation farmer about how the new WOTUS rule will profoundly impact farming and ranching.

He spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander about how his message, the impact that WOTUS will have on agriculture, how if he felt his voice was heard.
