Community gardens are believed to increase fruit and vegetable intake in an area, provide educational opportunities, and even lead to community beautification.
While the Georgia Farm Bureau’s Ambassador Program is still in its early days, it’s already proving to be quite a success! This next young man’s mission to bring a community garden to life in West Georgia is an example of that. The Farm Monitor brings us the story.
