HIGHLIGHTS: B&W Trailer Hitches Challenge Cup - Elimination Match #3

Check out some of the livestream highlights from Elimination Match 3 of the B&W Trailer Hitches Challenge Cup Presented by 5-hour ENERGY®, the first of four events in the second year of the Fishing Clash Team Series.

Team YETI stayed cool and climbed to the top of SCORETRACKER®, as Adrian Avena and Dustin Connell rallied for 39 pounds, 11 ounces on 18 scorable bass. Meanwhile, a tight race along the elimination line delivered drama at the end of Period 3. Team Kubota’s Edwin Evers and Skeet Reese skirted by to claim the final seat in the Knockout Round with 14 scorable bass weighing 30-1, narrowly topping the 28-14 on 10 scorable bass caught by Anthony Gagliardi and Jeremy Lawyer of Team Fishing Clash.

Team Knighten Industries (Jake Lawrence and Colby Miller) put up a good fight, finishing fourth with 13-11 on eight scorable bass.

Challenge Cup, Day 3: Winner and Runner-Up

The winning team and the first runner-up team will advance to the Knockouts on Days 3 and 4 of the Major League Fishing Challenge Cup tournament.

Wednesday’s Fishing Clash

Challenge Cup action continues Wednesday with Knockout Round Match 1. Stream all the action on RFD-TV Now from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. RFD-TV will also air the final period of each competition day LIVE on TV. (2:30-5 p.m.).

Team 7Brew Coffee (Alton Jones and Alton Jones Jr.), Team O’Reilly Auto Parts (Ron Nelson and Martin Villa) and Team Kubota (Edwin Evers and Skeet Reese) compete in Wednesday’s Knockout Round to see which 2 teams will move on to Friday’s final Championship Round and which team will pack their bags and head home.

Challenge Cup, Day 4: Winners and Runner-Up

The winning team from Elimination Match 1 & 2, and the Runner-up from Elimination Match 3, will compete in Wednesday’s Knockout Round 1. The Top 2 teams from this round will advance to Friday’s Championship Round of the Major League Fishing B&W Trailer Hitches Challenge Cup.
