Idaho Farm Bureau Connects Communities With Agriculture

The Promotion and Engagement program helps consumers better understand where their food comes from.

BOISE, Idaho (RFD News) — Idaho Farm Bureau is working to connect consumers with agriculture through its Promotion and Engagement program.

Members say fewer people have direct ties to farming, making it increasingly important to help communities understand where their food comes from and the role agriculture plays in the state.

The program uses educational events and community outreach to help close that gap and build support for Idaho agriculture.
