Every year, the Farm Bureau recognizes the role that our four-legged friends play in operations.
This year, they received more than 100 applications for Farm Dog of the Year. However, they honored Sirius, a farm dog guarding with heart and protecting therapy horses that bring comfort to those in need.
Sirius and his humans will receive $5,000, a trophy plate, and a year’s supply of Purina Pro-Plan dog food.
