National Ag Law Center weighs in on EPA’s new WOTUS rule

The highly anticipated new WOTUS rule was released last week without public comment.
We have heard from a number of ag groups who have expressed concerns on the move. The farm sector is now left speculating over the next steps.

Brigit Rollins with the National Agricultural Law Center spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on what the new rule means for agriculture, if there is significance in issuing the review without public comment, and what happens in the future.
