National Pork Board is working to reverse a generational trend of pork buying

Pork producers are looking at ways to be more efficient, and now they are learning to appeal to a different generation of consumers. Gen-Z and Millennials are buying pork at a slower rate, and the National Pork Board is now working to reverse the trend and make the product more relevant to younger buyers.

Senior Vice President of Market Growth, Dr. David Newman, joined RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender about pork consumption trends he has seen when it comes to baby boomers, using air fryers to appeal to the younger generation, and if there is anything that pork producers can do.
