Need help communicating about pesticides? Ag groups will host a training next week

Several ag groups will be hosting pesticide messaging training sessions to help farmers and retailers effectively communicate crop protection tools and the benefits they can provide.

President of the Illinois Fertilizer and Chemical Association, KJ Thompson, tells Brownfield Ag News he understands how difficult it can be to talk about the importance of pesticides with the general public. He adds that as more regulations get handed down, it is more important than ever to make sure industry leaders know how to have these conversations, especially with lawmakers.
