AUBURN, Ala. (RFD News) — A new Alabama 4-H program is giving high school students the opportunity to take on graduate-level poultry research.
Poultry Pioneers allows students to study egg quality and functionality across different chicken breeds, with research aimed at helping small flock owners.
The program also gives students the opportunity to present their work at the 2026 Poultry Science Association Annual Meeting in Toronto.
