“Reflect Your Values: The only way a coalition of groups wants President Biden to sign the 2023 Farm Bill

A coalition of groups is calling on President Biden to only sign the new legislation if it reflects his values.

A coalition of groups, not usually associated with the Farm Bill, want President Biden to only sign the new Farm Bill if it reflects his values.

The groups are asking President Biden to call on Congress to draft a Farm Bill that works to bridge the racial divide, reduce economic inequality, and confront the climate crisis.

The letter was initially written by a dozen nutrition, farming, labor, rural development, and equity groups. More than 150 other organizations have signed on.
