Texas Ag Commissioner Sid Miller discusses all of the challenges the state is facing

The Southern Association of Secretaries of Agriculture is meeting in Nashville, Tennessee, this week.

RFD-TV’s Tammi Arender caught up with Texas Commissioner Sid Miller to find out what is happening agriculturally in the Lone Star State.
