What can we expect in the WASDE preview in terms of Ukrainian grain production and exports?

Tomorrow, we will get the latest USDA Supply and Demand forecast, and it is not just the estimates for U.S. ag exports. The report will also include a new assessment of Ukraine’s crop and trade.

Today, the Ag Ministry said grain exports are down 30 percent on the year, but tomorrow’s report will also include grain export prospects. USDA Outlook Board Chairman Mark Jekanowski tells us what to expect with that data.

“But again, that situation is very fluid. We continue to collect information on the volume of shipments going out by ship and by rail and will be adjusting that until the day of the report release.”

Again, the latest report comes out tomorrow and we will break it down for you on the Market Day Report.
