Another outbreak of High Pathogenic Avian Influenza has been detected, this time in Iowa.
The virus was found in a commercial turkey flock in the northwest part of the state. HPAI has hit the Hawkeye State hard over the last month with more than a million birds taken out since the end of October.
Officials are asking producers to report any unusual deaths within your flock and to always have a proper biosecurity plan.
