Dairy Month Spotlight: Tex-Stein Dairy Builds on a Holstein Legacy

The Steinberger family continues a tradition of producing high-quality registered Holsteins.

Windthorst, Texas (RFD News) — Tex-Stein Dairy is a family-owned operation founded by the Steinberger family.

Today, the dairy milks more than 1,000 registered Holstein cows and is known for breeding award-winning cattle that compete at national dairy shows.

The Steinberger family says decades of genetic improvement and selective breeding have helped produce cows that excel in both the show ring and the milk parlor.
