Give FFA Day: Tennessee FFA State Officers Highlight Student Projects, Leadership, and Community Impact

Tennessee FFA officers join us in the RFD-TV Studios to showcase student leadership and inspire support for agricultural education on Give FFA Day 2026.

NASHVILLE, TENN. (RFD NEWS)Give FFA Day is in full swing, and Tennessee FFA officers are taking center stage to showcase how students are making an impact across the state and nation. The annual event encourages contributions to support FFA programs, giving members the resources they need to grow leadership skills, explore new projects, and make a difference in their communities.

Tennessee FFA President Weston Brown and other state officers joined us on Thursday’s Market Day Report to share their excitement about today. In their conversation with RFD NEWS, Brown explained how encouraging it is to see the energy and unity among FFA members nationwide. Brown’s fellow officers, Katie Lipford, Lucy Beth Jackson, and Ariana Mota, highlighted how state officers are celebrating the day, how students can get involved, and the tangible impact of contributions on local and national programs.

Later in the program, more Tennessee FFA leaders—Abigail Whicker, Casen Austin, Abigail Collie, and Sarah Marshall—spoke about their roles in documenting, organizing, and promoting Give FFA Day activities. From fun chapter initiatives to encouraging members statewide, the officers emphasized how each effort contributes to a nationwide celebration of FFA and agricultural education.

Tennessee FFA officers are using Give FFA Day to demonstrate leadership, service, and community engagement, inspiring students across the country to join in and support the next generation of agricultural leaders.
