Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds of macaroni
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 pounds of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of Louisiana hot sauce
- 1- 16 oz. bottle of mild Picante sauce
Cooking Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the macaroni, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, olive oil, and cayenne, and boil until tender according to the package directions (about 8-10 minutes).
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Drain the pasta.
- Mix the macaroni, shrimp, hot sauce, and Picante sauce together and pour into a casserole dish.
- Cook at 350°F for one hour.
