Keep It Flowing: U.S. per capita dairy consumption returns to 1950s levels

U.S. per capita dairy consumption has returned to levels not seen since the 1950s. USDA data largely contributes to record cheese consumption and gains in butter for the trend.

National Milk Producers Federation’s Alan Bjerga joined RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender to discuss the trend and if it was a surprise, the main driving factors, and if he expects the holiday sales to push sales to new heights.
