Gene A. Dailer was more than a dedicated farmer, as he was also a mentor, and one who believed in the next generation of agriculture. So much so, he spent a quarter century dedicated to the Illinois Farm Bureau.

As part of his final wishes, he left a gift to the IAA Foundation that will fund scholarships for students pursuing careers in agriculture.
