Louisiana’s Rep. Troy Carter is in the fields planting sweet potatoes and talking ag policy!

With the Farm Bill still in limbo and many other issues impacting agriculture right now, one Louisiana lawmaker hit the fields, meeting with farmers to hear their concerns firsthand.
