On the Record | Frankie Ballard Shares Stepping Away from Music to Take On a New Season of Life

After Frankie Ballard found success early on with “Sunshine and Whiskey” and “Helluva Life,” he moved down to the Rio Grande to fully immerse himself in the next batch of hit songs.

He joined On the Record to share that it was no the case, and he quickly had to take a look inward.
