Tennessee 4-H Looks Ahead to a Summer Full of Fun Ag-tivities

Tennessee 4-H’ers Allie Paschall and Ramey Boone join us to discuss summer opportunities in 4-H, youth leadership development, and community involvement across Tennessee.

NASHVILLE, TENN. (RFD NEWS) — As the school year wraps up, many young people are preparing for summer opportunities through organizations like 4-H, where hands-on learning, leadership development, and community involvement take center stage.

Tennessee 4-H’ers Allie Paschall, Western Region All-Star Scout, and Ramey Boone, Region All-Star Messenger, joined us in the studio during Monday’s Market Day Report to discuss how students across the state are engaging in summer programs and activities.

In their conversation with RFD News, Paschall and Boone highlighted how 4-H projects, camps, and leadership events provide youth with opportunities to grow skills, build confidence, and get involved in their local communities. They also discussed the value of hands-on learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom during the summer months.

They also shared how 4-H involvement helps young people develop leadership abilities and form connections with peers across Tennessee through regional and statewide programs.
