The ag sector is keeping a close eye on High Path Avian Flu after being detected in several cattle herds across the country, and even one Texas dairy worker who is believed to also be infected with the virus.
It comes as the poultry sector continues to cope, with the nation’s largest egg producer reporting a major case.
