Legacy of Cheese: From an 1800s dairy to hand-crafted cheese

Herber Valley Milk in Utah transformed a simple dairy that dated back to the 1800s into a hand-crafted cheese and dairy operation.

It is National Cheese Lover’s Day!

To celebrate, we head to Utah, where Heber Valley Artisan Cheese is the result of what began with their first dairy cow in the late 1800s. Today, the herd produces hand-crafted cheese that is sold in their shop.
