Colorado State University opens state-of-the-art beef industry research hub

The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association gives us a glimpse at the university’s JBS Global Food and Innovation Center, a new building on Colorado State University’s campus that is providing students with a state-of-the-art learning experience -- all while giving back to their community. Students at that facility produce 20,000 beef sticks every week for the Colorado Beef Sticks for Backpacks Program.
